01. The Challenge
Disciple was a startup agency with a couple of large clients. They were literally an art director and copy writer and they needed someone to bring those ideas to life. They ran a lot of outdoor and press ads for large Australian brands. The press ads needed to be prepared and made sure all colours were correct and profiled so they would print correctly on newsprint and various different magazines. There was also a heap of outdoor advertising that needed to be prepared and supplied to the various outdoor production agencies.
02. The Solution
Disciple hired Creative Soldier to do the artwork and production for the creative ideas they had. They would produce the initial concept and then supply that to us, we would then create the finished artwork for approva. Once approved this artwork would be resizes for various publications and or ourdoor uses.
This was a great solution for a growing agency with small budgets. Creative Soldier worked as part of our team the client didn’t ever need to know they operated offsite.
03. The Result
Disciple were able to only charge for the time they used, rather than another full-time staff member and the equipment that would have been required. This allowed them to maintain lower overheads which helped in the startup phase of the business. As well as that they had access to an experienced staff member they would otherwise not have been able to afford as a small business.
